| La investigación aborda las prácticas de activismo digital en Cuba, dada su ampliación progresiva a partir de la apertura de la conexión por datos móviles, y a partir de los debates con respecto a la Constitución de 2019. Se plantea como problema científico indagar cómo se articulan las prácticas de activismo digital de los actores sociales configurados como actores colectivos, y cuál es su influencia en la esfera pública digital. El estudio tiene como objetivo estimar el efecto configurativo del enmarcamiento democrático de esos actores. Para ello, se aplicó un diseño etnográfico con un estudio de casos diverso que representa la diversidad de posicionamientos con respecto al Estado; y se aplicaron la observación participante y entrevistas semiestructuradas como técnicas fundamentales. El estudio describe las demandas, repertorios, prácticas, la respuesta estatal diferenciada que reciben, y el tipo de participación política que manifiestan los actores sociales en ambientes digitales. Asimismo, la investigación describe cómo los actores sociales interactúan y reaccionan en un contexto polarizado, y cómo constituyen actores radicalizados o moderados. El estudio explica la influencia de los diferentes enmarcamientos y tipos de participación política en la radicalización/moderación de los actores, y argumenta los tipos de autonomía en el régimen postotalitario cubano. The research addresses the practices of digital activism in Cuba, given its progressive expansion from the opening of the connection by mobile data, and from the debates regarding the Constitution of 2019. It is proposed, as a scientific problem, to investigate how the digital activism practices of social actors configured as collective actors, and what is their influence in the digital public sphere. The study aims to estimate the configurative effect of the democratic framework of these actors. For this, an ethnographic design was applied with a diverse case study that represents the diversity of positions with respect to the State; and participant observation and semi-structured interviews were applied as fundamental techniques. The study describes the demands, repertoires, practices, the differentiated state response they receive, and the type of political participation manifested by social actors in digital environments. Likewise, the research describes how social actors interact and react in a polarized context, and how they constitute radicalized or moderate actors. The study explains the influence of the different frameworks and types of political participation in the radicalization/moderation of the actors and argues the types of autonomy in the Cuban post-totalitarian regime. | |
