| Esta tesis analiza la pertinencia social del modelo y de la oferta de los programas educativos y de las estrategias y acciones de vinculación institucional de dos universidades tecnológicas (UT) del estado de Durango, en relación con las expectativas de formación profesional de los jóvenes que demandan educación de tipo superior y para con los sectores sociales y productivos; de manera que, en opinión de los actores participantes en él, sean apropiadas para incidir en el desarrollo productivo del entorno y/o regiones donde estas IES se han establecido.
En esta investigación se aborda a las universidades tecnológicas de Durango y de Poanas. Para ello la información se obtuvo a partir de la revisión teórica sobre el tema y de documentos propios de este subsistema de IES, así como de la aplicación de cuestionarios y de entrevistas semiestructuradas a los actores clave involucrados en él.
Los resultados permitieron constatar la pertinencia del modelo y oferta educativa de estas UT en el estado, pero también el desarrollo incipiente y limitado de sus estrategias y acciones de vinculación institucional. Se formulan algunas recomendaciones para la mejora de la operación, desarrollo y consolidación de estas IES.
This dissertation analyzes the social relevance of the model and the offer of the educational programs, strategies and actions of institutional linkage of two technological universities in the state of Durango, in relation with both the professional training expectations of the students who demand higher education and the socio-economic sector; in such a way that, in the opinion of the actors participating in the study, it encourages the productive development of the environment and/or region where these Institutions of higher education have been established. This study concerns the technological universities in the municipalities of Durango and Poanas. For this purpose, the data was obtained through the theoretical analysis of the subject and the documents from this sub system of the Institutions of higher education, as well as surveys with key actors involved in the research. The results obtained allowed to reinstate the importance of the model and the educational offer on these technological universities in the state of Durango. However, they also revealed the early development stages of their strategies and the actions of institutional linkage. Some suggestions have been formulated for the operational improvement, development and consolidation of these Institutions of higher education. | |
