| "La presente investigación examina la efectividad – a través de tres dimensiones – del INFODF en garantizar el DAIP a los habitantes del DF. Se concluye que la efectividad del Instituto en garantizar este derecho al habitante de la Ciudad de México ha sido única y adecuada en términos de la evidencia mostrada.
A pesar de que el Instituto garantiza el ejercicio del DAIP al habitante del DF, sólo el 1.50% de cada 100 habitantes del DF ha ejercido su derecho, lo que puede denotar su poco conocimiento e interés en conocerlo y hacerlo valer como derecho fundamental. Se recomienda al INFODF establecer mecanismos de sensibilización a la sociedad de manera incremental y continua de tal forma que el conocimiento y práctica del DAIP sea un aspecto proactivo en la vida de las personas y pueda reflejarse en el mediano plazo como un bien común.
Además el Instituto debe fomentar una política pública integral del DAIP vinculando de manera armónica la oferta y demanda de información tal que como órgano garante consolide la transparencia de los EO con la información que publicitan hacia la sociedad en un beneficio colectivo.

The present investigation examines the effectiveness - through three dimensions - of the INFODF in guaranteeing the DAIP to the inhabitants of the DF. One concludes that the effectiveness of the Institute in guaranteeing this right to the inhabitant of the City of Mexico only and has been adapted in terms of the shown evidence. Although the Institute guarantees the exercise of the DAIP to the inhabitant of the DF, only the 1,50% of each 100 inhabitants of the DF have exerted their right, which can denote its little knowledge and interest in knowing it and making be worth it like fundamental right. It is recommended to the INFODF to establish mechanisms to the society of continuous incremental way and of such form that the knowledge and practice of the DAIP is an proactive aspect in the life of the people and can be reflected in the medium term like a communal property. In addition the Institute must so foment integral a public policy of the DAIP tying of harmonic way the supply and demand of information that as responsible organ consolidates the transparency of the EO with the information that publish towards the society in a collective benefit. | |
