| En 2012, durante las primeras etapas del Proceso de Paz entre el gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP, la participación de las mujeres había quedado rezagada: no estaban presentes en la Mesa de Negociación ni en el contenido de las discusiones que allí se desarrollaban. Por tal motivo, en 2013, un grupo de plataformas y colectivos organizaron la primera Cumbre Nacional de Mujeres y Paz. Allí, se reactivaron las redes de relaciones entre las participantes, quienes consiguieron concertar un sistema de acción que les facilitara actuar de manera conjunta. Partiendo de una perspectiva constructivista y relacional, entendemos que el movimiento de mujeres en Colombia no representa un ente sólido, unificado, ni mucho menos estático. Argumentamos que la articulación que alcanzaron las activistas, en dicho momento coyuntural, se estableció como parte del proceso de construcción de la identidad colectiva. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, desarrollamos una revisión de los documentos resultantes del evento de la primera Cumbre, además de la sistematización y análisis de las 17 entrevistas semiestructuradas que llevamos a cabo. De tal forma, fue posible indagar respecto a los encuentros y desencuentros que se establecen como parte de las dinámicas internas del movimiento, así como los elementos que posibilitaron que las activistas consiguieran articulase alrededor de un proyecto colectivo de movilización contenciosa. During the first stages of the Peace Process between the Colombian government and the FARC-EP, women were left out: they were not present at the Mesa de Negociación nor in the content of the discussions that were taking place there. For this reason, in 2013, a group of platforms organized the first Cumbre Nacional de Mujeres y Paz. The Cumbre reactivated relations between participants and enabled them to come up with an agreement thar would facilitate their acting together. Working from a constructivist and relational perspective, in this dissertation we understand that the women's movement in Colombia does not represent a solid, unified or static entity. We argue that the articulation reached by the activists, at that conjunctural moment, was established as part of the process of construction of a collective identity. Based on semi-structured interviews of both women that participated on the Cumbre and women from the movement that did not attend the event, we were able to inquire about the internal dynamics of the movement, the encounters and disagreements among its members, as well as the elements that enabled the activists to articulate around a collective project of contentious mobilization. | |
